I can't help but think that the Boston Police Bomb unit is now just driving around town thinking, "What can we blow up next? Ooh... That looks 'suspicious'! Let's blow it up!" With Beavis in the passenger seat "Blow it up! Blow it up!"

Either that, or they justify their budget based on the number of 'suspicious' items they've blown up. Surprisingly, they have no problems finding enough items around the 4th of July...
